It is your dedication that makes a difference
AMBASSADOR HUB
Each month we have something we need help from you to accomplish. All these small asks make a huge difference in the work we are doing.
This month's ask-
We have a few things we would love for to share on your own channels.

Do you know any school nurses in the Southwest? We would love for you to let us know. Email Sarah to let her know. sarah@migraineatschool.org
While monthly asks take priority, any ambassadors looking to share their experience now have a space to do so by creating their own posts!
Share your voiceBefore jumping in, make sure to check out our guidelines and requirements:
-
1. Approach
When setting the tone for your video, encourage empathy, understanding, and awareness. Content should be uplifting and inclusive, steering clear of critical or stigmatizing language. Personal stories should be shared respectfully.
2. Privacy
Be sure to get consent before showcasing people in your creations. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information (i.e. full names, addresses, health information) to protect the privacy of yourself and others.
3. Message
While we want to encourage creativity, we ask that information shared about migraine be accurate, reliable, and based on reputable sources or personal lived experience. To make sure your content aligns with the organization's mission, try to emphasize the impact of migraine attacks, available resources, and ways viewers can support our cause.

Since it is MHAM let’s teach people migraine disease is more than a headache. What are some crazy symptoms you’ve had that would surprise people who don’t have migraine?

AMBASSADOR NEWS
A Simpler Ambassador Program
We are making our Ambassador Program a lot simpler and more intentional so it is easier to jump in and help in ways that actually matter. Each month, we will share one or two clear, doable asks so you always know where you can plug in without it feeling overwhelming.
We are also excited to have a new Ambassador Lead who will be in touch regularly and will send out these monthly opportunities by email. They will be your go-to person to stay connected and supported.
If you have other ideas or ways you would like to help, we would love that. Just reach out to the Ambassador Lead and start the conversation.
